Get good test results.
Decide that no change is necessary, cuz โnothing showed up on the testsโ, even though you obviously donโt feel well or you wouldnโt have had the tests run.

Continue current behaviors, which admittedly need improvement.
Get less than desired test results.

Stress eat and continue poor behaviors because you โcanโt deal with any other changes or anything else right nowโ
