Decide that no change is necessary, cuz “nothing showed up on the tests”, even though you obviously don’t feel well or you wouldn’t have had the tests run.

Get less than desired test results.
Then either…Stress eat and continue poor behaviors because you “can’t deal with any other changes or anything else right now”
????????Decide to overhaul EVERYTHING at once because you are suddenly panicked and desperate, which disrupts your household, strains relationships, adds stress, and causes you to abandon ship because changes were made that a) weren’t sustainable and b) didn’t fit your actual needs

We know that our body isn’t operating at its best, so we go ahead and start to improve the situation instead of wait for “test results”
We know that changes need to be made, so we adjust things systematically and incrementally.
We know that things have to be sustainable, so we figure out ways for these adjustments to become new habits AND we make them ENJOYABLE.
We know that our body is unique, so we work to discover what is best for us as individuals, instead of jumping on the latest fad that everyone is talking about.
We know that we have a tendency to start strong and then falter, so we enlist help along the way to guide and support.
Doesn’t that sound much better than crashing and burning (either now OR in a few weeks)?
