Since my recovery from the traumatic brain injury I suffered after being hit head-on by a drunk driver in a high speed collision,
Iβve been fascinated with how our bodies are designed to heal.
β£So I went back to school (yet again) and took a deep dive into biochemistry

β£What does a functional blood chemistry analyst do?
β£I do a deep dive into your lab work, especially if itβs βnormalβ but you still feel unwellβ¦
β£To figure out what is really going on inside your body.
β£Itβs not just the individual numbers themselves
β£Itβs the ratios and patterns
β£that tell us what parts of your body are having to work overtime and may need some support
β£or the systems that arenβt functioning optimally.
β£Itβs amazing what you can learn about your own bodyβ¦
β£For example,
Did you know that your liver is responsible for processing the things you SMELL?
β£So if you are sensitive to fragrances and the laundry detergent aisle makes you go insane,
It could be the way your liver is processing it!
β£Or coffee in the evening has no effect on you?
β£Thatβs a classic sign that your liver is overactive in itβs first phase of detoxification!

β£Iβm ecstatic to have been able to bring this new level of support into my practice!
