โžก๏ธDecide that no change is necessary, cuz โ€œnothing showed up on the testsโ€, even though you obviously donโ€™t feel well or you wouldnโ€™t have had the tests run.

โฃ๐‘‚๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘› 2:
โžก๏ธContinue current behaviors, which admittedly need improvement.
โžก๏ธGet less than desired test results.
Then eitherโ€ฆ
โžก๏ธStress eat and continue poor behaviors because you โ€œcanโ€™t deal with any other changes or anything else right nowโ€

โžก๏ธDecide to overhaul EVERYTHING at once because you are suddenly panicked and desperate, which disrupts your household, strains relationships, adds stress, and causes you to abandon ship because changes were made that a) werenโ€™t sustainable and b) didnโ€™t fit your actual needs

โฃ๐Ÿ’ฅ๏ธWe know that our body isnโ€™t operating at its best, so we go ahead and start to improve the situation instead of wait for โ€œtest resultsโ€
๐Ÿ’ฅ๏ธWe know that changes need to be made, so we adjust things systematically and incrementally.
๐Ÿ’ฅ๏ธWe know that things have to be sustainable, so we figure out ways for these adjustments to become new habits AND we make them ENJOYABLE.
๐Ÿ’ฅ๏ธWe know that our body is unique, so we work to discover what is best for us as individuals, instead of jumping on the latest fad that everyone is talking about.
๐Ÿ’ฅ๏ธWe know that we have a tendency to start strong and then falter, so we enlist help along the way to guide and support.
